The iba – International Baking Exhibition – is the world’s leading trade fair for the bakery, confectionery and snacks sectors and an unmissable event for the entire baking industry. In 2025, the trade fair will take place in Düsseldorf from May 18 to 22 and will bring together the most important key players in the industry.
iba is aimed at industrial suppliers, industrial bakeries and artisan bakeries, decision-makers from the sector, as well as experts from hotels, catering, food retail and the confectionery industry. Exhibitors present the latest products and technologies that are important for these target groups.
At the last iba in Munich, 1,073 exhibitors from 46 countries took part and the trade fair attracted around 57,000 visitors from 150 countries – impressive proof of the international significance of this event. For the first time in 2025, iba will take place in Düsseldorf. From 2027, the fair will return to its three-year cycle in Munich.
