Your personal project manager will handle all data of your contingent, such as registrations, cancellations, changes or any special requests your participants and guests may have. We will take care of every organisational aspect and all correspondence with the hotel, acting as a member of your team. You decide whether you, as the coordinator of the event, want to forward the information to all guests and participants or whether we should do this for you. True to the saying: “No musts, only cans”, we offer an entire range of services and it’s up to you how involved you want us to be. Whether we’re just forwarding guest/participant data or providing you with detailed reservation confirmations, questionnaires, fact sheets regarding the hotels, and information about your stay at the event location – all presented in your corporate design, of course.

Having been in business for 10 years, we are well equipped for and experienced in dealing with spontaneous changes in bookings, cancellations, delayed arrivals and any other eventuality.
